      ok...I was gonna go do this, Bruce but I have an extra line currently and am not sure whether I should be keeping it, changing it or what!

      My file reads
      ProviderURL='https://ukvps.protx.com/vps2Form/'
      RemoteProcessScript='submit.asp'
      DBPlugInScriptName='OCCPROTXScriptTemplate.pl'
      DBProviderURL='https://ukvpstest.protx.com/vps2Form/'
      DBRemoteProcessScript='submit.asp'

      Do I just change the 2 lines either side of it?
      If so...you might want to add that line into the instructions!

      editted to say...that might sound obvious but people like step-by-step

                I had the extra line in mine as well but left it and replaced around it - updated but I have the same 5005 error - I suspect this is due to my acct not switched live yet thou, i'll try in test mode...

                going back in...

                  oh dear...I can't watch!

                  if my site didn't take so damn long to update, I'd try it myself...but I'd be at least 20 minutes getting back here again!

                    not good - switched to test mode, uploaded, did a transaction and:

                    This transaction attempt has failed. We are unable to redirect you back to the web store from which you were purchasing. The details of the failure are given below.

                    Status: INVALID

                    Status Detail: 5030 : Unable to decrypt the request message. This might be caused by an incorrect password or invalid encoding.

                    This site hasnt been live yet but it was working fine on test mode so beware - any ideas Bruce?

                    I havent touched any passwords etc

                    UPDATE - just rolled back OCC file and incremented, still in test mode but still getting 5030 error - test mode was working...

                      I'm getting a bit concerned because I haven't changed anything. My client was told a while ago by Protx everything would update automatically. All I did was change the maestro logo and remove the switch one in the templates.
                      Apart from the problems at the weekend (fingers crossed behind back, touch wood, strokes rabbit foot) protx is working ok atm.

                      I don't need to change anything do I?

                      Hope everything working ok for everyone else.

                        oh dear, Kev...that doesn't inspire me to try now.

                            so you don't have the DBPlugInScriptName='OCCPROTXScriptTemplate.pl' line then?

                            or it's been removed?

                                I want to be a 100% sure before I post back... so am getting development to check this too, as we chat.
