That looks promising Tracey - thanks.

I'd like to see more of the options offered.

Does it have a decent search facility? - I find the Protx one really unfriendly and the 7 day limit of viewing records can be a nuisance sometimes.

I'm surprised that the Actinic site aren't promoting this better. Where's the demonstration of features with video and screenshots, etc. Come on Actinic sell the thing to us.

no but I was prompted to change my password a couple of days ago as it had expired (think you have to change it every 90 days or something)

try the retrieve password thingie..I had to do that when it was first set up

its a requirement of PCI to regularly change passwords

                  thanks, Ms PCI

I didn't know that actually..I'd better arm myself with a long mental list and a good memory then!

have you been logged into it before now, Nicola?

If not, it's possible the password you were given wasn't the one used for the setup (I had that problem)

Alternatively, perhaps they prompt for password changes on a set 90 days, rather than 90 days per account..dunno!

Yes was working fine yesterday. My set up's a little complicated as the account isn't mine, it's a customer's so it's their email addy - we'd asked them yesterday to either change it to mine or add me as a user - confused yet?

I just want to check the money's being settled ok but I guess I'll just take the weekend off instead!

had several problems initially with AP but it seems to have settled down now ok.

occasionaly I get a customer who says the system isn't working, but when i test it myself it always is..

Not able to log in again today and have had to re-set the password again

Am now locked out due to multiple failed log ins
