Wondering why some order confirmations still have subject line "protx VSP Order SUCCESS Confirmation" as before and others "Sage Pay Order SUCCESS Confirmation".
Does it depend on which server the customer is sent to, randomly?
Very good point Jules, the other issue I am having is ALL 'Notification' emails (ie. failed authorisation or cancelled payments) are still saying 'Protx Notification'...randomly a few 'Success' emails are coming from Sage Pay and Protx.
Day 5 = site still does not work with sage. £100s of orders lost.
Still not sure what you changed and why. We didn't change anything - no need - and it all still works.
Can you go back to the urls you were using before? Or import a snapshot taken before the change?
Thanks but we are using an old snap shot and the old urls but nothing comes back to the site, meaning we cant see any orders. Just dont know what else to try.
Since we have transfered all our urls to the new ones yesterday (which all seem ti be working fine) we can not download any of the protx(sage) orders into actinc.
Hi, yes that did mean what it said but then later that day all of a sudden the payments wouldnt even get to protx/sage so we then converted back to the old version before the urls changed and now we are back to the beginning with payments not downloading.
We changed the urls in the first place as we recieved an email saying that they needed to be changed on the 21st of April which i know understand was not the case. Now we are using the site as if nothing was changed and still no luck.
I'm going to message you through the forum with my email address just in case you took it down incorrectly when we spoke. I'm afraid I didnt receive the scripts from you which we discussed yesterday.
It's a tough one as other Actinic integrations appear to be working OK but I hope we can get to the bottom of it as soon as possible as I appreciate its not an acceptable situation.
