CLARA have been very good overall to be fair - I will certainly be using them for the forseeable future

Slow on the main server.
Secure server appears to be down - any view cart or checkout replies as 'virtual host not found'.

after a good run of good service, this is starting to get worrying!

Clarahost

Customers may be experiencing slow page loading on the Clarahost platform.
This is due to a problem with the back end storage system which we will be resolving later this week with a hardware upgrade.

We would like to apologise to customers impacted while we work to resolve this problem and restore full service to the platform as quickly as possible.

A hardware upgrade will be performed on the Clarahost platform
on Sunday 5th November at 9am

The platform will be down for the duration of the work carried out.

The work is likely to take an hour or so.

Claranet would like to apologise to customers for any inconvenience
caused by this work

Is anyone still having problems with Claranet after the ugrade on Sunday?

I have got this error page coming up intermittently when adding products to cart:

Internal Server Error


The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [no address given] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Thanks. The issue is not occuring everytime. I am also getting a similar error message on standard pages.

It all started with the problems Calaranet had c. Tuesday last week, which were finally resolved on Sunday!?!?!

Have been getting a few people losing the cart contents when in the checkout - thankfully have the telephone number plastered all over the cart and the majority have been phoning orders through

I subscribe to a monitoring service who independantly watch the site - not that CLARA would ever lie about their downtime or anything like that
