new posts

    I have corrected the original post... The line stays where it was...

    The new URL's should be as follows...

    ProviderURL='https://ukvps.protx.com/vspgateway/service/'
    RemoteProcessScript='vspform-register.vsp'
    DBPlugInScriptName='OCCPROTXScriptTemplate.pl'
    DBProviderURL='https://ukvpstest.protx.com/vspgateway/service/'
    DBRemoteProcessScript='vspform-register.vsp'

    We have tested this again and the change works with out Protx settings. I just hope it does for you guys too...

    Kind regards,
    Bruce King

            So as long as Protx don't drop their redirect we should be ok -phew!

                    Glad to hear it Miss Bumps - I'm a fan of black myself (makes me look thinner!)

                    keeping them crossed for your upload.

                      I've just implemented Bruce's changes, (I left the DBPlugInScript line in place and changed the two either side).

                      I entered AUTHENTICATE as my TxType in OCCProtxTemplate.pl, uploaded and successfully processed a transaction.

                      Downloaded the order, PSP authenticated and ready to go.

                      Good to go from my perspective.

                        ok...RESULT!

                        all worked fine here. Payment went through (quicker than last week too)...redirected to receipt page...moved from receipt page back to store with no problems.

                                Can I confirm that changing OCCUpgrade.ini will change the Protx handling for all sites? I have 2 sites in Actinic - live and test. I've been able to test the AUTHENTICATE mode on testsite because the only change was to sites\testsite\CommonOCC\OCCPROTXScriptTemplate.pl and this only affects testsite. I was then able to roll out to live. However changing OCCUpgrade.ini will apparently affect all sites.
                                Presumably if I want to test this first I'll have to put in the change and upload test, then immediately back it out of the .ini again so that I won't inadvertently update live?

                                Thanks,
                                simon
