    Moved Host site wont work

    Hi we have moved from a linux box on Zen Interent to a Linux box on Heart Internet but we cannot connet or upload - the current settings are :

    There are some settings for heart internet here: http://community.sellerdeck.com/show...2&postcount=13

    In particular you should look at this setting you have:

    PATHFROMCGITOCATALOG ../

    Normally this would have the /onlinestore/ in it and might explain why your site pages are all sitting in the root folder.

      Ok totally new to this software if I copy the settings on the thread you linked to and the configure the text file can this be imported?

      I am willing to pay someone to fix this for me, as I dont have the time to mess about with this as we are losing orders.

        You can export the network settings to a text file, modify per the settings given in the above forum link and then import them again.

                          Please re-post the netowrk settings as they are now.
                          And check the permissions on the folders on the server.
