If anyone is having issues receiving CLARA emails this morning it may be due to their upgrades last week - the email passwords have been truncated server side - signing into the DMS and resetting the email passwords will resolve.

Yep they got one of my sites - the others must have been on different servers. I have confused the feckers by changing the whole design of the site today

At 1/3rd the price I was paying Claranet, for a much larger space and much higher allowances, it was a no-brainer.
It was only fear of change which took me so long!

The whole process was relatively quick (the longest part being change of registrar details), and hassle free. The only awkwardness was a slight difficulty understanding the helpful service desk guy at 1&1, who had rather a heavy accent.
Don't mention the war....
